I've been planning on reading Nana for some time now, but as it's so long, I'm getting scared off by the sheer amount of volumes I'll have to catch up to. Which is the case with most mangas, TV series & comic books for me :(

Me too! From what little I've read of her oevre, I'm getting the impression that Kiriko Nananan tends to show important scary stuff through little details. Which is all sorts of awesome.
