Name: worldstosee

Goal: 50 books between February '09 and February '10, with emphasis on reading books by authors of color.

Definition of "book": Nothing online counts - unless it's full length novel found only online. Graphic Novels count - not that I read that many anyway. Short story collections count. Re-reads count only if it's been more than a year (prior to February '09) since I read the book the first time.

A little about my goal and my reading habits: I recently decided I would try to start reading more and to try reading more than just young adult/science fiction novels. Then a little later I realized I should make an effort to read more books by authors of color. So far I've managed to read adult books rather than young adult and more books by authors of color but haven't had much luck getting away from science fiction or fantasy.
